Rep. Barkis joins KVI to discuss Washington’s drug problem

Rep. Andrew Barkis, R-Olympia, joins KVI's John Carlson to discuss the heroin epidemic in Washington. Barkis explains how prosecutors and law enforcement do not apprehend individuals who have up to 3 grams of heroin in Seattle. Barkis also proposes potential solutions to the drug problem, such as using the $352 Million of marijuana tax revenue to start enforcing our laws.
