Dear Friends and Neighbors,
I invite you to attend a virtual town hall meeting with House Republican Leader J.T. Wilcox and myself on Thursday, March 17, from 6-7:30 p.m.
You do need to register to participate. You can do so by clicking here, clicking on the photo below, or visiting my website RepresentativeAndrewBarkis.com and clicking on the drop-down link on the homepage. We will host the virtual event on the Zoom platform.

The 2022 legislative session adjourned on Thursday, March 10. Three main themes came out of our 60-day session: Attempting to fix problems created in previous legislative sessions, missed opportunities, and a lack of bipartisanship.
Attempting to fix problems created in previous legislative sessions
Missed opportunities
- No meaningful tax relief at a time when the state has a massive budget surplus and families are struggling with high inflation and gas prices
- No emergency powers reform
A lack of bipartisanship
There’s a lot to talk about, so please be ready to ask your questions. I look forward to our dialogue during our 90-minutes together!
If you’d like to submit a question before the event, need help registering, or have any questions, my legislative assistant, Kaden Sanne, is happy to assist you.
If you cannot attend the virtual town hall, I still want to hear from you. Please contact my office with your questions and concerns.
It’s an honor to serve you.
In Service,

Andrew Barkis
